During this workshop, we shared knowledge of healing through present-day and generational traumas. We supported folks through a guided meditation with the protection of our animal spirit allies. Folks have mentioned that it was a powerful experience to gain clarity and to also engage with spirit guides.

Earth Mother is in the process of re-birthing. Like the Phoenix Spirit that rises from the ashes, we have a unique role in creating this new world. A new lifetime that is calibrated to our unique medicines, in reciprocity to balance the Earth and in liberation from the oppressions of today. We supported folks in offering wisdom of plant medicine, somatic healing practices, ancestral guidance and space to reflect and process these times.
GUERRILLA FIRST AID

Inspired by Filipina Guerilleras, who were not only remarkable warriors and frontline resistance fighters, this workshop honored their critical contribution as exceptional healers and resourceful leaders in times of violence and need. Combating political disaster under the context of heteropatriarchy, white supremacy, and advanced capitalism, Guerilla First Aid aimed to provide the basics of healing strategies.
We taught introductory herbalism concepts to navigate through high stress and to heal post-conflict (present day and generational). This workshop drew from materia medica of various plants and involved making plant medicine preparation to treat cuts, bruises, and swelling by way of salves, oils, and poultices, as well as an engagement in somatic practices that supports short and long term healing.

We joined Tha People's Weed Festival hosted by ¡High Mi Madre! as a vendor teaching folks in Brooklyn, NY about various plant medicines and selling our amazing products!
REST, RENEW, REIGNITE VIRTUAL RETREAT

In this retreat we had the honor of leading the workshop “Alchemizing the Elements” where we guided folks through a vision journey to access unconscious spaces where healing needs to be done and where folks received guidance from Spirit Guides and benevolent ancestors. Folks left with tools on how to alchemize internal elements in order to thrive.
SELF-LOVE SERIES

Many of us have been impacted by the harms of childhood traumas, connected to sexism, classism and racism and thus learning a toxic definition of love.
We explored how we think about, embody and practice love with all our relations. We began to explore a new way to love that sustain ourSelves and communities.
We engaged in sacred ceremony, learn herbs for self-love and self-pleasure practices that enhanced our ability to center ourselves and transform our relationship with Self/others.
MEDICINES FOR WINTER SOLSTICE TRANSITIONS

We engaged in ceremony to bring in the Winter Solstice, honored the full moon and transitioned into the new year.
Plant medicine and preparations, animal guiding spirits, and ancestral technology was discussed and embodied!

Navigation and Transformation Through the Shadows | October 9, 2021
This workshop guided participants to journey into the shadow realm where much of our creation is born. We discussed the state of socio-economic and political factors that impact BIPOC sustainability. We then discussed a decolonized mental health approach that centers collective healing. After being grounded in the context of this time, we facilitated time travel to our personal sacred space for healing, guidance on actions. We closed the container and sent participants off with tools for navigating the shadows. Throughout the workshop we paid reverence, asked permission and worked with plant and animal medicines.
