All ingredients used in the manufacture of our health and wellness products are FOOD GRADE and of plant origin. All ingredients are classified as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe). No synthetic colors, dyes, fragrances or additives are added to any product.

Return/refund/cancellation/rescheduling policy:

LUYA Healing and Herbs reserves the right to refuse to sell products or provide services (“offerings”).  If you are unhappy with the product or service (“offering”), we welcome your feedback to improve our operations.  Please email info@luyahealing.com to let us know how we are doing.

All sales on herbal products are final.  

Cancellations or rescheduling of service (“offering) from you (client) must be done at minimum 24 hours before appointment time, or you (client) will be charged the full amount.  

Intellectual Property:

LUYA Healing and Herbs establishes copyright and trademark ownership on original works and images.  You are prohibited from copying data from this website.  Any user infringement will result in legal action.

Limited Liability:

You are at your own risk when posting a comment on our website.

Dispute Resolution Procedures: 

Should a dispute arise in regards to LUYA Healing and Herbs, you are agreeing to any legal matters to be processed in Los Angeles, CA courts.

Other policies:

LUYA Healing and Herbs forbids the use of robots or spiders (“bots” or web crawlers).
