Transformative Spiritual
Life Coaching
This is a reclamation space.

Transformative Spiritual Life Coaching is a holistic, decolonial approach to healing and growth that honors ancestral wisdom, intuitive knowing, and the intelligence of the natural world. This work is especially rooted in the needs of colonized and historically marginalized people—those whose spiritual practices, identities, and ways of being were disrupted, erased, or pathologized.

Rather than fixing or “optimizing” you, this coaching supports your remembering.

Through intentional rituals, ancestral guidance, and relationship with plant and animal allies, we reconnect you to lineages of resilience, intuition, and embodied truth. These practices are paired with grounded, trauma-aware intuitive coaching that helps translate spiritual insight into real-life change—boundaries, purpose, relationships, leadership, and rest.

This work recognizes that many of the struggles colonized people face—burnout, disconnection, people-pleasing, spiritual confusion, chronic self-doubt—are not personal failures, but inherited survival strategies. Coaching becomes a space to gently release what no longer serves while honoring what once kept you safe.

What this coaching weaves together:
-
Ritual & Ceremony – Personalized practices to mark transitions, release old narratives, and anchor intention in the body and spirit
-
Ancestral Guidance – Working with ancestral presence as a source of wisdom, protection, and belonging
-
Plant & Animal Allies – Learning from nature as teacher, mirror, and co-regulator rather than resource to extract
-
Intuitive Coaching – Deep listening, somatic awareness, and insight-based guidance to support clarity and aligned action
-
Decolonial Framework – Unlearning internalized colonial values around productivity, hierarchy, and worth
Benefits of this work:

Relief from spiritual disconnection, burnout, and identity fragmentation

Grounded spirituality that supports daily life, not escapism
-
Healing that honors both personal and collective history
This is not about bypassing pain or appropriating tradition. It is slow, relational, and rooted in consent—with yourself, your ancestors, and the land you stand on.
You are not broken.
You are remembering what was never meant to be taken from you.
